Horse equine Bowen Therapists

All Equine Bowen Therapists are qualified human Bowen Therapists. It is important to ensure that practitioners have a complete understanding of the Bowen Technique.

Equine Bowen Therapy treats a horse as a whole promoting healing, pain relief and energy rebalancing. Treatments take 45/60 minutes and two or three treatments, usually at weekly intervals may be required to achieve lasting relief.

As with humans the Fingers and thumb apply a rolling action over muscle, soft tissue, ligaments and tendons. Again there are two minute intervals when the horse is left to rest, while the body absorbs the information in the gentle moves, allowing fine adjustments to take place.

Always consult your veterinary surgeon before you arrange a treatment for your horse. It is illegal for anyone to treat your horse without the veterinary's consent.
